With WWII behind us, Earl Banes was creating a legend in his own mind. While working as an aircraft engineer at Burbank airport which was once privately owned by Lockheed Aircraft company, Earl found that he had many other interests and talents.
Southern California is unique in that it is the crossroad for many people. The entertainment industry, the car culture and the surf culture all have their epicenters in SoCal and Earl was a part of all of it.
